These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Parkway website and services (together, the “Services”) provided by Parkway (“Parkway,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

The Services

Parkway helps individuals and families handle everyday administrative tasks — such as forms, phone calls, and follow-ups, starting with healthcare. The Services are currently offered on a limited, pre-launch basis, and features, availability, and pricing may change.

Your responsibilities

When you use the Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Only ask us to act on behalf of yourself or people you are authorized to represent, and obtain any consents required to share their information.
• Use the Services lawfully and not for any fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
• Keep any account credentials secure and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.

Authorization to act on your behalf

Where you ask us to contact third parties — such as healthcare providers, insurers, or pharmacies — you authorize us to communicate and share relevant information with them solely to complete the tasks you request. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the decisions you make.

Not professional advice

Parkway provides administrative support only. We do not provide medical, legal, financial, insurance, or other professional advice, and nothing in the Services should be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

Fees

Some features of the Services may require payment. Where fees apply, we will make the relevant pricing and terms available before you incur a charge. Joining the waitlist does not create any payment obligation.

Intellectual property

The Services, including all content, branding, and software, are owned by Parkway or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You retain ownership of the content you submit and grant us the rights needed to provide the Services.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parkway will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
